Better Hearing Month May 2012 Promotion

With the purchase of any set of hearing aids (2 devices) from one of our licensed in network hearing aid providers the patient will have a choice of one of three free perks to pick from; Serene TV-95 TV ears; 2 boxes of Power One batteries in the size they request; or a Clarity P300 Photo Phone. Patient must contact Hearing Aids Direct first at 877-828-4327 for the initial appointment setting for purchase to qualify for free gift. One free item per household. Patient must finish trial period and keep hearing aids in order to be eligible for the free gift. Cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Void where prohibited by law. Shipping of product must be paid for separately by patient. Free gift will be shipped to home or business address once patient has ended their trial period with the hearing aids and kept both hearing aids and paid in full for the shipping of their choice. Shipping must be of the form which can be traced or have a tracking number with signature delivery to show proof of delivery.
